Restaurant reservation services

We offer restaurant reservation services through our site to assist you in making dining reservations at participating third-party restaurants. When you request a restaurant reservation online through our site, we contact the restaurant’s computerised database of reservations. The availability of reservations is determined at the time of your request and based on information provided to us by the restaurant.

Once the reservation was successful, we will send you a confirmation by email or other electronic message. By using our restaurant reservation services, you agree to receive reservation confirmations, updates, modifications and/or cancellations by email or other electronic messages.

Some restaurants may require a debit or credit card number to finalise your reservation.  In that case, you must provide valid debit or credit card information to make a reservation via our services. We use your debit or credit card information as described in our privacy policy. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is accurate, we may place a temporary authorisation on your debit or credit card at the time you provide your debit or credit card information. After we verify that your debit or credit card information is accurate, the authorisation will be removed. This usually only takes a few days.

Upon arriving at the Restaurant, it is your responsibility to notify the host that you have a reservation.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

You must cancel any reservations that you are unable to keep at least 2 days in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation via our site or by calling the Restaurant directly. If you do not comply with this, and the restaurant reports that your reservation was not kept, we will send you an email or other electronic message informing you that our records suggest that you were a no-show. By using our restaurant reservation services, you agree to receive no-show notifications by email or other electronic message. Your account will be suspended if you are a no-show for three consecutive reservations or for four reservations within a 12-month period. If you receive a no-show notification email in error, you can dispute it by contacting us and giving us the details we request. You agree that all final no-show determinations are up to our sole discretion.

You may be required to cancel your reservation in accordance with the restaurant’s cancellation policy, which is disclosed at the time the reservation is made. We shall not be liable for any charges made to the debit or credit card account if you provided the card information for the purpose of reservation and fail to cancel your reservation in accordance with a restaurant’s cancellation policy.
